In an exclusive SWIFF Food on Film event, join Sarnia local chef Paresh Thakkar of Personal Touch Eatery for a private meal and in-depth conversation following the screening, where he’ll create some his finest dishes, chime in his thoughts on the documentary, and maybe open up about his time on Chopped Canada! Chef Paresh, owner of Personal Touch Eatery & Catering was born and raised in Sarnia. Chef Paresh worked at Paddy Flarherty’s as well as part-time in an educational role at Fanshawe College while also achieving Red Seal Chef designation under the guidance of Chef Lynne Cotton. Chef Paresh has created a unique lunch menu as well as creating a unique approach to catering by designing each event on client by client basis. He continues to work on his goal of putting Sarnia on the culinary map and recently appeared on the TV show, Chopped Canada season 3.
